IN-STORE PURCHASES:

We get it—sometimes you change your mind or purchase the wrong product. That’s why all in-store purchases are backed by the option for an exchange or store credit / gift card within 30 days of your purchase date. For a multiplicity of reasons, we can’t offer refunds on in-store purchases (please don’t yell, scream, or stomp your feet—it won’t change our policy). However, we will collaborate with you to help you find the right replacement product.

In the event that we can’t find you the perfect product this time around, we will issue a gift card that never expires. You can use it at any of our locations across Canada or by contacting our customer service team to place an online order to mark the next milestone that matters. 

If you get a special deal on a clearance item, or open the sealed packaging on your smartwatch, that item is yours to keep (yes, that means a final sale!). Please keep that in mind when purchasing a smartwatch or an item at a discounted price.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES:

So you didn’t get a chance to see it in person, and products don’t always look quite like the photo (we’ve all been there). For that reason, online purchases are backed by a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges can be completed at any one of our WATCH IT! locations. For refunds or exchanges through our online service, please see the Online Returns Made Easy! section below. Please note that refunds will be applied to the original method of payment only. Refunds cannot be completed in-store and must be shipped back to the WATCH IT! head office. We’ll work as fast as we can to get that refund processed for you, but please allow three business days for your return to be finalized after delivery confirmation. A copy of your refund or exchange will be emailed to you once processed. We do not offer refunds on gift card purchases or items that were purchased with a gift card or store credit.

It goes without saying, but we’ll say it anyway: Items that have been worn or sized, or that are missing original packaging, will not be accepted for return. 

 

RETURN FAQ's

 

ONLINE RETURNS MADE EASY!

  

Canadian Customers  - To return your online purchase, please fill out THIS FORM to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Upon approval, a Canada Post return label will be emailed to you free of charge! Simply print the label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post location. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging, unsized and unworn, with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials that came with the purchase. All returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving the return label or they will become void and will be sent back to the original shipping address.

US customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to insure the shipment for loss or breakage and retain a tracking number if possible. WATCH IT! cannot be held responsible for any lost or mis-shipped items during personal returns.

 

Please note that no refunds or compensation will be given for shipping costs paid for by the customer if a return is refused or if a customer chooses to send the package back independently.
