Do you have other models in stock that are not shown on www.watchit.ca?
We carry a huge selection of watches, sunglasses and accessories! If you do not find the model, color choice or size you are looking for, please call us toll free or email with your inquiries.


How do I place an order without using a credit card?
WATCH IT! is happy to now accept PAYPAL and also accepts money orders for those orders placed through our toll free number. Please call us to reserve your watch and we will be happy to pre-process your order and issue a confirmation number to include when mailing in your money order. We will contact you via email or phone to confirm when your order has been processed and shipped.


Do you ship Internationally?
WATCH IT! ships to all our friends around the world. All prices on www.watchit.ca are listed in Canadian Dollars and will appear on your credit card statement with the current rate of exchange for your country. Check out our Shipping Information for details on estimated arrival, delivery cost and custom and brokerage fees.


How are online orders checked for verification?
Each online and phone order are verbally verified through the card holders issuing bank for authorization before processing. You may also be contacted by one of our Customer Service Representative's as an extra measure of security.


How do I ship to a different address?
As you Check Out you have the option of entering your billing information and separate shipping information. Our shipments are delivered during regular business hours, therefore this is a great option for those who wish to receive their package at work.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?
All shipments destined for PO Boxes will be shipped via Canada Post Express. You will receive a tracking number via email two business days after your confirmation email.


How do I Exchange or Refund my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your purchase we are more than happy to help! Please call us toll free as soon as you receive your package and our Customer Service Representatives will explain our return procedure and issue a Return Authorization number for your package. What if my watch requires warranty service?
If your watch requires warranty service (excluding batteries) please visit our Warranty Information section to find the contact information for your specific watch or sunglass brand. If you require a copy of your receipt or have any questions please feel free to call us toll-free or send us an email.
