EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Watch IT! wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. To back this up, we offer a full exchange OR refund policy for all purchases.

Please note that purchases made in-store at any of our retail locations are exchange or in store credit only - we do not issue refunds on any in-store purchases. Your store credit never expires and can be used at any of our locations across Canada or for special orders through our website.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your on-line order and would like to receive a refund, this is what you need to do.

  1. Call us at 1-877-404-2824 within 15 days to obtain a return authorization number. If you want to exchange your purchase, check the availability of the style that you are looking for with one of our customer service representatives.

  2. Return the item in the original packaging, unsized and unworn with all manuals, warranty cards, and any other material that came with the watch. Send to:

  3. You must pay for the cost of shipping. We recommend that you send the item insured to protect against breakage or lost shipments. Do not send your item back collect, as it will be refused.

  4. A small fee of $10 will be charged to cover our original shipping costs.

If you plan on returning your purchase,
DO NOT WEAR IT or HAVE IT SIZED.
Any item that shows sign of wear
will not be accepted for return.
